In short: PARS Follow AI works on your iPhone. Your records, purchases, returns, bookings and reminders are stored on your device. We do not run servers that receive your data, we do not sell or share data, and we do not use tracking or advertising.
Data stored on your device
Records, photos, assets, purchases, returns, refunds, bookings found in email, and reminders are saved only on your iPhone. Device backups (such as iCloud Backup) may include this data according to your device settings. Deleting the app removes it.
Email accounts you connect
You can choose to connect Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft), iCloud Mail, Yahoo Mail or another IMAP mailbox. Access is read-only. The app looks for purchase, return, refund and booking emails (for example order confirmations, restaurant, doctor, flight and hotel confirmations), reads them on your device, and saves only the extracted details, such as store, product, order number, amount, dates and booking time. Full email bodies are not stored, and email content is never sent to an AI service or to us.
- Gmail uses Google sign-in with the read-only Gmail permission. PARS Follow AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the purchase, return and booking features you see in the app, is not transferred to anyone, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans.
- Outlook uses Microsoft sign-in with the Mail.Read permission.
- iCloud, Yahoo and other IMAP mail use an app password that you create. It is stored only in your iPhone's Keychain and is used only to read mail over an encrypted connection.
You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings → Manage Email Accounts. You can also revoke access from your Google, Microsoft, Apple or Yahoo account settings.
Calendar
If you allow calendar access, events are read on your device to show your day and to suggest follow-ups. Calendar data is not uploaded.
Location
If you turn on travel-time reminders and allow location, your current location is used with Apple Maps to estimate travel time to a booking's address. Location is not stored by the app or sent to us.
Photos and camera
Photos you take or choose are attached to your records and stay on your device. Text recognition runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone.
Subscriptions
Purchases of PARS Follow AI Pro are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Apple Watch and widgets
Your day's agenda is shared between the app, its widgets and its Apple Watch app on your own devices so they can show it.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
